GTB-395 is an airless paint sprayer for water-based architectural coatings: latex, acrylic wall paints, water-based enamels, primers and sealers. A 1000 W brushed DC motor drives a piston-type fluid section rated at 3,300 PSI (227 bar / 22.7 MPa) Max. Working Pressure. Two pump versions are sold, stainless steel or dual-ceramic, with identical ratings. The sprayer ships complete with gun, hose, tip and suction hose assembly.

GTB-395 combines a 1000W brushed DC motor with a piston-type fluid section, offered as a Stainless Steel Version or a Dual-Ceramic Version. Maximum flow rate is 2.0 L/min. On latex paint, acrylic wall paints and water-based primers it produces a fine, even spray finish.
Stainless Steel or Dual-Ceramic Pump
Two pump versions, 2.0 L/minOffered in two versions: a Stainless Steel Version with stainless steel rod and stainless steel cylinder liner, or a Dual-Ceramic Version with ceramic-coated rod and ceramic-lined cylinder sleeve (stainless shell, ceramic bore). The GTB-395 is an airless paint sprayer with a 1000W brushed DC motor, 2.0 L/min maximum flow, 0.019 in maximum tip and 3,300 PSI (227 bar / 22.7 MPa) Max. Working Pressure; working pressure is read on a pressure gauge. It sprays latex paint, general coatings and paints. Pump body, motor and control PCB are made 100% in-house. Pump bodies, aluminum housings and filters are machined on Japan Brother CNC centers; connecting rods, pistons and plunger bores on USA Haas CNC centers. Every unit passes 100% inspection.
How Electronic Pressure Control Works
Pressure is set on a potentiometer using the pressure control knob. A pressure sensor reads the actual pressure; the main control board compares that reading with the set value and drives the motor accordingly.

What motor and output does the GTB-395 have?
The GTB-395 runs a 1000 W brushed DC motor with a rated flow of 2.0 L/min and a maximum tip size of 0.019 in. A 517 spray tip is supplied in the box. Under typical industry tip numbering, a 517 denotes a .017 in orifice and about a 10 in fan at a 12 in gun distance.
Which coatings can the GTB-395 spray?
Interior and exterior latex, acrylic wall paints and emulsions, water-based enamels, waterborne wood stains, water-based clear coats, sealers and primers, PVA drywall sealers, acrylic or waterborne lacquers, and chalk-type or milk paints. Oil-based enamels, alkyds, lacquers, varnishes and shellac are conditional: check the coating data sheet and tip recommendation, and follow flammable-material safety practice.
What is the difference between the stainless steel and dual-ceramic versions?
Two versions are sold. The Stainless Steel Version uses a stainless steel rod and a stainless steel cylinder liner. The Dual-Ceramic Version uses a ceramic-coated rod and a ceramic-lined cylinder sleeve with a stainless shell and ceramic bore. Motor, flow and pressure ratings are the same for both.
