GTB-490 is an airless paint sprayer built around a 1000 W brushed DC motor and a piston-type fluid section rated at 3,300 PSI (227 bar / 22.7 MPa) Max. Working Pressure, with overheat protection. It is specified for water-based coatings: interior and exterior latex, acrylic emulsions, water-based enamels and primers. Stainless steel and dual-ceramic pump versions are both in production, with the same drive and pressure ratings.

GTB-490 combines a 1000W brushed DC motor with a piston-type fluid section, offered as a Stainless Steel Version or a Dual-Ceramic Version. Maximum flow rate is 2.0 L/min. On latex paint, acrylic wall paints and water-based primers it produces a fine, even spray finish.
Two Pump Versions: Stainless or Dual-Ceramic

Brushed DC Motor

The GTB-490 is an airless paint sprayer with a 1000W brushed DC motor, 2.0 L/min maximum flow, 0.019 in maximum tip and 3,300 PSI (227 bar / 22.7 MPa) Max. Working Pressure, with overheat protection and working pressure shown on an English-language display screen. It sprays latex paint, general coatings and paints. Pump body, motor and control PCB are made 100% in-house. Pump bodies, aluminum housings and filters are machined on Japan Brother CNC centers; connecting rods, pistons and plunger bores on USA Haas CNC centers.
How Electronic Pressure Control Works
Pressure is set on a potentiometer. A pressure sensor reads the actual pressure; the main control board compares that reading with the set value and drives the motor accordingly.

A 1000W brushed DC motor: high-power motor, extra-high flow rate of 2.0 L/min. Built in-house, and every finished sprayer runs a 30-minute continuous high-pressure load test before packing.
Stainless Steel and Dual-Ceramic Versions
Stainless Steel Version: stainless steel rod and cylinder liner. Dual-Ceramic Version: ceramic-coated rod and ceramic-lined cylinder sleeve. Both deliver 2.0 L/min maximum flow; pump bodies are machined on Brother CNCs.
