The GTB-970 is a hydraulic plunger sprayer offered with an electric motor or a gasoline engine, in Standard Pump, Elastomeric and High Pressure configurations. It sprays latex paint, general coatings, paints, putty, waterproof coating and fireproof coating. Pump body, motor and control PCB are made 100% in-house. Pump bodies, aluminum housings and filters are machined on Japan Brother CNC centers; connecting rods, pistons and plunger bores on USA Haas CNC centers. Concentricity is checked on a Carl Zeiss CMM; ±0.01 mm tolerance applies only to critical machined metal mating surfaces.
